$15.00 PER HOUSEHOLD 

If  you reside in Bayside, Coveside, Creekside, Dockside, Lakeside or Seaside as a part time or full time resident you are eligible for membership to PNHOA. 

To join there is a $15.00 (per  household) annual membership fee. Renewal is January of every year. 

You may also join at anytime during the year.  

Membership includes voting privileges and newsletter.

Pot-Net's Homeowners Association

Where the fun Begins!

Our six coastal communities are nestled between the Indian River Bay and Rehoboth Bay in Sussex County Delaware and offer great locations for all our events, whether indoors or out.

PNHOA welcomes membership to residents of all our communities. We are committed to providing

year-round activities & events like the traditional 

Fourth of July golf cart parade, 

Music at Bayside Beach,

every Saturday from Memorial Day thru Labor Day

and Golf Cart Poker Runs.

For the children, there is the annual 

Easter Egg hunt & Trunk or Treat at the beach. 

We partner with neighboring organizations 

to provide financial support for groups like

Christmas for the Kids because we value how these groups 

enhance our neighborhoods. 

As concerned citizens, we support civic organizations, like the Community Watch to ensure that whether you reside here full time or seasonal, your home and family are safe and secure.

PNHOA encourages input from our residents and appreciates those who volunteer their time to make our activities meet the needs of our communities.
